By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Quiet Spot is a community-driven platform that helps users find quiet places to work, study, or relax. Users can:

• Discover quiet spots nearby (cafes, libraries, coworking spaces, study rooms)
• Add new places to the community map
• Update real-time occupancy status
• Write reviews and verify places
• Save favorite places

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted

4. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

When you add places, write reviews, or submit feedback:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the App
• Your content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You must not submit offensive, hateful, pornographic, harassing, or illegal content. Any such content will be removed immediately, and the offending user will be banned.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading place information
• Manipulate occupancy status or reviews
• Harass other users through reviews or reports
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

6. Points and Gamification

Users earn points for contributions (adding places, reviews, verifications). Points are for community recognition only and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust point values at any time.

7. Reporting, Moderation, and Blocking

We are committed to maintaining a safe community. You can report inappropriate content or abusive users directly within the App. We will review all reports within 24 hours and remove content or suspend users that violate these Terms.

Additionally, you have the ability to block abusive users directly from the App to prevent them from interacting with your content.

8. Location Services

Certain features require access to your device's location. By using these features, you consent to the collection of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of place information, reviews, or occupancy status
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time directly within the App settings, or by contacting us at support@quietspot.app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
